New Installations

Once we fully understand your vision we can start discussing the options regarding equipment, cow flow, ventilation, site alignment and overall functionality of your vision. Using 3D plans generated by our partner company "Lines to Designs", we are able to make your vision come alive. The detailed 3D models and 2D plans allow for a better understanding of the building construction, building materials, equipment locations, ventilation layout and many more parts of the facility. Dairy Specialists works as a team with experienced local contractors that are involved from the start of the design to ensure they fully understand the requirements of the project and are able to add their input, which saves you time and money during the construction of your new facility.

Parlor Remodels

Do you need to increase the size of your existing parlor to increase cow flow? What about your existing milk, wash or automation equipment? Do they need an upgrade? Dairy Specialists can help you make the changes you need to increase your cow flow or improve your current milking with the latest in milk, wash, automation and cooling systems. Dairy Specialists has the experience and knowledge to remodel your existing parlor. Do you need to change your double 10 into a double 24 during milking? Dairy Specialists can evaluate your existing parlor and determine the best way to complete the remodel. We develop detailed plans and customized drawings of the new stalls to make the installation transition go as smooth as possible. We fabricate the required stall section in the controlled environment of our fabrication shop, to reduce the time on site. Dairy Specialists has what you need to make your remodel a reality.

Pre-fabrication od milking stall assemblies in the shop. A controled enviroment for stall assembly allows for faster installations in the field, weather it is a remodel or a new installation.

Pre-fab stall section being lifted into place. The pre-fab sections are assembled under the best contitions in our shop and transported to the site. Utilizing cranes or boge wheels we can loctae the stalls in place and then have the cow platform poured over the base frame to ensure solid milking stalls.
